Heating Instructions
Squeeze the fresh lime over the dish right before eating. For a real upgrade, top with chopped cilantro, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of chili oil for that Thai-style kick.
Remove lime wedge first.
Heat 2½–3½ minutes on medium-high, covered or vented.
Stir halfway through to keep everything evenly hot.
Let rest for 1 minute before enjoying — curry sauce thickens slightly as it cools.
Because the curry and rice are mixed, this method tends to dry the sauce. Use the microwave or oven for best flavor.
Preheat to 375°F.
Remove lime wedge and transfer meal to an oven-safe dish.
Cover with foil and heat 12–14 minutes, or until hot throughout.
Remove lime and heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan over medium.
Add the whole dish and sauté 3–4 minutes, stirring often.
The curry will re-emulsify and coat the rice beautifully.
