Heating Instructions
Drizzle a little soy or sesame oil over the fish before heating for deeper flavor. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds for a fresh finish.
Heat 2–3 minutes on medium-high, covered or vented. Stir mash halfway through to heat evenly. Let rest 30 seconds before serving.
Preheat to 360°F. Separate mash if possible. Heat fish and veggies 5–6 minutes until hot. Warm mash separately in microwave for 1–1½ minutes.
Preheat to 375°F. Place fish, mash, and veggies in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, heat 10–12 minutes until hot throughout.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low. Add fish and veggies, sauté 3–4 minutes until warm. Microwave mash 1–1½ minutes and serve together.
