Heating Instructions
Add a drizzle of gravy or BBQ sauce over the meatloaf before heating. Finish with cracked pepper or a sprinkle of crispy onions for extra texture.
Heat 2½–3½ minutes on medium-high, covered or vented. Stir mashed potatoes halfway for even heating. Let rest 1 minute before serving.
Preheat to 370°F. Separate Brussels sprouts if possible. Heat meatloaf and potatoes 5–6 minutes until hot and lightly crisped on top.
Preheat to 375°F. Place meatloaf, potatoes, and Brussels sprouts in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, heat 12–14 minutes, uncover last 2 minutes for caramelization.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan on medium. Add meatloaf slices and Brussels sprouts, sauté 3–4 minutes until hot. Microwave mashed potatoes 1–1½ minutes separately and combine.
