Heating Instructions

Oven method — keeps the pork juicy, crisps the wedges, and brings out the roasted flavor of the red pepper coulis.

Add the chimichurri dip after heating for a burst of herby freshness. Finish with a squeeze of lime or sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor pop.

Remove chimichurri dip before heating. Heat pork chop, wedges, and coulis 2½–3½ minutes on medium-high, covered or vented. Let rest 1 minute before serving.

Remove chimichurri dip. Preheat to 375°F. Heat pork chop and wedges 5–6 minutes until hot and lightly crisped. Warm coulis separately for 30 seconds in microwave.
