Heating Instructions
Garnish with green onions or shredded cheese. Add a drizzle of hot sauce or ketchup for that classic Wild West comfort.
Heat 2–3 minutes on medium-high, covered or vented. Stir halfway for even heating. Let rest 30 seconds before serving. Eggs may be warmed lightly on top or separately for 15–20 seconds.
Preheat to 370°F. Heat hash 5–6 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway to crisp the potatoes. Warm eggs separately 1 minute in foil to keep yolks soft.
Preheat to 375°F. Place hash in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, heat 10–12 minutes, uncover last 2 minutes for crispness. Warm eggs separately at 325°F for 3–4 minutes.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan on medium. Add hash, sauté 3–4 minutes until hot and crispy. Top with eggs and cover pan for 30–45 seconds to warm them gently.
