Preheat to 370°F. Separate mash if possible. Heat pork and broccoli 5–6 minutes until hot. Warm mash in microwave 1–1½ minutes separately.
Preheat to 375°F. Place pork, mash, and broccoli in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, heat 12–14 minutes, uncover last 2 minutes for sauce caramelization.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan on medium. Add pork and broccoli, sauté 3–4 minutes until hot. Microwave mash 1–1½ minutes and serve together.
